Gaggia Classic GT Espresso Machine — Stainless Steel

Description

The Classic GT is Gaggia’s first-ever dual-boiler espresso machine, an Italian-made, commercial-grade prosumer with an impressive suite of features, like automated and manual 3g/second low-flow pre-infusion, volumetric shot programming, and a rapid 5-minute heat-up time. Dual PID controllers deliver extreme temperature precision with 1° adjustment of brew temperature and four pre-programmed steam temperatures. Internally, the GT is built to last, with custom brass components and a solid stainless steel frame.

More Info

Variable Pre-Infusion. The Classic GT features both fully manual and automated 3g/second low flow pre-infusion to perfectly extract any coffee.

Brew Pressure Gauge. Monitor pressure during an extraction to troubleshoot puck prep issues and ensure you get the perfect shot.

Unlimited Steam. Thanks to the one-hole steam tip and a powerful heating element the Classic GT can produce near unending steam pressure at one of four temperatures.

2.4” Color TFT Display. Inspired by the menus on Gaggia’s super-autos, the GT’s intuitive display gives you full access to programming options with easy to navigate menus.

Made in Italy.  The Classic GT is designed and manufactured in the small town of Gaggio Montano, Italy. It builds on the 85+ year legacy of Gaggia espresso machines, dating back to Achille Gaggia’s first pump-driven machine in 1938.

Externally-Adjustable OPV. Easy access to the OPV screw allows you to adjust brew pressure between 3 - 15 bar with the simple turn of a flathead screwdriver.

Super-Heated Cup Warmer. Never compromise on espresso quality due to a cold cup again—the cup warming surface on the Classic GT reaches 139°F

Custom Internal Components. To achieve the Classic GT, Gaggia custom designed the steam valve, OPV, and manifold. Made of solid brass, these internal components bear the Gaggia “G” as a testament to the craftsmanship and ingenuity of their design.

Ready in Minutes. The Classic GT uses a quick-heat feature to achieve brewing temperatures in under 5 minutes, and steam temperatures in under 7, making it the fastest-heating dual-boiler available.

Variable Height Drip Tray. 4.5” of clearance gives you room for coffee or travel mugs; or, raise the tray to prevent splashing and heat loss when brewing into espresso cups.
